You can chosse from over 200 beers and by brewing it yourelf, you save up to half the price you would normally pay! Our beers have no added chemicals or preservatives and and we believe taste fresher and better than anything you will find in the bottle shop! After selecting and paying for your beer, we supply all the finest imported and locally produced ingredients you will need to complete your beer, using our state of the art, commercial grade microbrewery. Simply make an appointment, come in and follow these steps: INGREDIENTS Carefully measure and prepare your ingredients following the easy to follow recipe sheet. BREWING Follow the instructions to brew your beer in the kettle we have prepared for you, taking from 5 minutes to an hour - depending on your desired level of involvement. FERMENTATION Leave your brew with us to ferment in a temperature controlled environment for at least 2 weeks. We will then triple filter, carbonate and prepare your beer for you on your agreed bottling date. BOTTLING On the date agreed, return to bottle your beer. Feel free to bring your mates to help, have a few laughs, and a few tasters! Approximate time 45 minutes. ENJOY! Finally, sit back and crack open a bottle of the best quality, naturally brewed beer you have ever tasted.
